0 Days ’til Godspell: G-Day is finally here.

For a guy who has written a blog a day for the last 100 days, I’m a little “word”-less.

The last 100 days have been awesome.  I’ve been through this process before, but never with the whole blogosphere watching, and never with the fantastic support and feedback that I’ve gotten from all of you.  So thank you.

And with that, this 100-day journey from pre-production to first preview has come to its conclusion.

But, of course, the Godspell journey has just begun.  In another 25 days, on Monday, November 7th, we will officially open on Broadway.  And then, there’s our 1 year anniversary, our 2 year anniversary, our 17 year anniversary . . .   :-)

If you’ve enjoyed the blog . . . I hope you’ll come see the show.  You can buy your tickets here. Or try your luck at our lottery.  But definitely come.

And come to a preview.  I’ll be at every single one and we can continue this great conversation we’ve had about the planning and production of a Broadway show offline and in person.  Heck, come this weekend.  We’ve got 6 shows.  And because I know all of you enjoy the process, you’ll love seeing the show in early previews and then seeing it again to watch how it evolves.  Preview periods are the pupal stage for Broadway shows.  (When you come, look for me in my red red Godspell hat, which I’ll wear so I can be easy to spot).

I will update this blog every so often, when we have big news that I think you all might want to know (like the super cool promo we have coming up this weekend).  And if you are interested in my views on producing Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, you should definitely check out my original blog, www.TheProducersPerspective.com.  You’ll get marketing tips, production tips, giveaways for tickets, and a lot more.

So sign up for TheProducersPerspective.com, get a ticket to Godspell, and I’ll see you at the theater.

And you better come.  Because I’m going to miss seeing you guys here.

And after 40 years, Godspell is finally back on Broadway . . . in 0 days.
